Projects and Payment

• Payment due 7 days from the date of invoice, via interac e-transfer to all Canadian clients, via PayPal to all Australian, US and International clients
• Work remains the property of Promeate until payment made

Retainer clients

For clients that have time critical, ongoing work, Promeate offers a retainer agreement where the client prepays for hours on a monthly basis (from 4 hours):

• Retainer clients receive priority service
• Smaller minimum job size (1/2 hour)
• 10% discount for prepaid hours rates
• Additional hours charged at standard rate, unused hours not carried over
